Disclosed are a negative feedback low noise amplifier with improved linearity and a method of designing the same. The low noise amplifier includes a first amplify unit, a second amplify unit connected to the first amplify unit, and a negative feedback unit, wherein the negative feedback unit has one end connected to an output terminal of the second amplify unit and the other end connected to an output terminal of the first amplify unit.
