PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lighten a user's load in color tone adjustment including white balance adjustment.SOLUTION: When a white balance button is operated, a white balance adjustment mode is started. An image photographed by a scope is obtained as a white balance adjusting image (step S100). It is determined whether or not the tip of an insertion part is inserted in a white balance adjusting cylinder depending on whether or not the whole of the obtained image is substantially uniform white (step S104). The bottom face contour of the white balance adjusting cylinder is extracted from the obtained image, and it is determined whether or not the position of the tip is a proper position from the bottom face depending on whether or not the size of the contour is a predetermined size (step S106). When it is determined that the tip of the insertion part is within the white balance adjusting cylinder and also the tip is at a proper distance from the bottom face, the white balance adjustment processing is automatically executed (step S108). |
