PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a step-up device capable of reducing a common-mode current flowing to the outside via an enclosure 32.SOLUTION: A charging device 10 includes: a step-up circuit 14 having a p-side switching element 22p, an n-side switching element 22n, a p-side inductor 20p, and an n-side inductor 20n; and a full-wave rectifier circuit 16 having first to fourth diodes D1 to D4. The p-side switching element 22p, the n-side switching element 22n, and the first to fourth diodes D1 to D4 are attached to a heat sink 28. Further, the enclosure 32 connected to a frame ground of the charging device 10 and the heat sink 28 are connected via an insulating sheet 30. |
