PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus of manufacturing a wound element which allow for reduction in the manufacturing cost of a battery or a capacitor while enhancing the production efficiency thereof, and further allow for enhancement in the quality of a battery or a capacitor produced.SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing a wound element, winding is carried out while laminating a strip electrolyte sheet 16 on one side of a positive electrode 12 with the electrolyte sheet 16 interposed between the positive electrode 12 and a first separator 20, and laminating a strip electrolyte sheet 28 on one side of a negative electrode 24 with the strip electrolyte sheet 28 interposed between the negative electrode 24 and a second separator 32. |
