PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus, an information processing system, an information processing method, and a program by which reception control of calls can be properly achieved in an organization such as a call center.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes: a storage unit that stores setting information of a second organization reception rate that is a rate in which calls sent to a first organization are received by the second organization; and a control unit that controls whether or not to cause the second organization to receive the calls sent to the first organization according to the setting information of the second organization reception rate. |
