The present invention relates to a suspension for a commercial vehicle comprising upper and lower plates (10, 20) which are separated at constant intervals and are arranged in parallel with each other, a magnetic suspension tool (30) which absorbs vibration of the upper plate (10), and a control unit (40) which controls a distance between magnetics positioned in an upper part and a lower part of the magnetic suspension tool (30). The present invention is provided to minimize the vibration to be delivered to a driver by controlling an intensity change section of the magnetic suspension tool according to a road condition.
