PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll molded door frame for a vehicle which has a design part located on an out-vehicle side, a bag-shaped part located on an in-vehicle side, a connection part for connecting the design part and the bag-shaped part in a uniform cross section perpendicular to an extension direction, the design part having a plate part on the out-vehicle side and a plate part on the in-vehicle side obtained by folding an inner circumference side end part of the plate part on the out-vehicle side to an outer circumference side, and a glass run holding step part holding glass run formed on the plate part on the in-vehicle side with the connection part therebetween, and in which the height of a glass run holding step part is hard to be reduced during roll molding.SOLUTION: The roll molded door frame for a vehicle comprises, on the plate part on the in-vehicle side of the design part from the inner circumference side to the outer circumference side in order: an inclination part moving to the in-vehicle side in non-contact with the plate part on the out-vehicle side of the design part to be in unparallel with the plate part on the out-vehicle side of the design part; the glass run holding step part formed by moving a top part on an outer circumferential side of the inclination part to the out-vehicle side; and a connection part for connecting the connection part. |
