PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system capable of preventing exhaust gas from flowing out to the outdoor from the drainage path of a water collection portion even when an exhaust path for exhausting the exhaust gas to the outside is clogged.SOLUTION: The fuel cell system includes: a water sealing structure in a water collection portion 105 for collecting water condensed in an exhaust gas discharge path 28; and a pressure detector 31 for measuring the pressure in the exhaust gas discharge path 28. By controlling a gas supply path so that the pressure in the exhaust gas discharge path 28 is smaller than a water pressure corresponding to water sealing capacity of the water sealing structure, the exhaust gas is prevented from flowing out to the outdoor from the drainage path of the water collection portion. |
