The purpose of the present invention is to obtain an X-ray positioning apparatus that makes it possible to efficiently perform imaging in accordance with the state of a respiration waveform when positioning a patient for radiotherapy. This X-ray positioning apparatus (20) is provided with the following: an X-ray video apparatus (3) that generates second X-ray image data (data2) consisting of first X-ray image data (data1) associated with a respiration signal (sig1) for the patient (45); a positioning computer (1) that generates patient-table control data (cdata1) that controls a patient table (12); and an imaging-trigger generation apparatus (2) that outputs an imaging-trigger signal (sig3) to an X-ray tube (6). The X-ray positioning apparatus (20) is characterized in that: the imaging-trigger generation apparatus (2) generates the imaging-trigger signal (sig3) in correspondence with a first frame rate (fr1) and a higher second frame rate (fr2); and the positioning computer (1) generates the patient-table control data (cdata1) on the basis of a reference image and one X-ray image selected from among images (29) taken continuously at the second frame rate (fr2). |
