Provided is an organopolysiloxane composition for a bath agent in which an organopolysiloxane is allowed to be uniformly and effectively adsorbed to the skin while a relatively low concentration of the organopolysiloxane is used in bath water, thereby imparting a feel of the organopolysiloxane. An oil-in-water emulsion composition containing a cationic polymer having an imidazolinium group or a quaternary ammonium group in its structure, a polyorganosiloxane which serves as an oily component of a bath agent as well as a feel imparting component, and a surfactant is used for a bath agent. |
