The present invention relates to a concrete block assembly for an arch structure which continuously arranges multiple blocks in the arch direction and arranges a linear stiffener having a linear shape, such as a strand or a steel bar, on the upper surface of the block in the arch direction and reinforcing strength by being buried in concrete, so that the arranged blocks are integrally coupled to the linear stiffener. According to present invention, the block assembly includes the blocks (10) formed of a main body (11) and a covered part (12). A joint bar (30) which has both ends buried in a main body (11) is formed in the main body (11) in the state of protruding from the upper surface of the main body (11). A linear stiffener (20) extending long in the longitudinal direction is arranged on the upper surface of the main body (11) and is bound with the joint bar (30) in a state where the blocks (10) is continuously arranged in the longitudinal direction to be adjacent to each other, and then the blocks (10) are integrated. The linear stiffener (20) and the joint bar (30) are buried in the covered part (12).
