PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which in multiplex system information processing systems, much time and chores are required to design and mount hardware for securing fail-safe properties.SOLUTION: A multiplex system information processing system according to the present invention including at least two processing parts generating control data for controlling a control target device on the basis of input data is configured to include: a first system processing part that outputs control data on a first system generated on the basis of the input data; a second system processing part that outputs code data on a second system coded by a coding algorithm unique in the second system with respect to control data on a second system generated on the basis of the input data; and a control part that receives the control data on the first system and the code data on the second system and determines whether it is permissible for the control data on the first system to be transmitted to the control target device or not on the basis of a verification result about legitimacy of the control data on the first system and the code data on the second system.
