PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix an access port to a biological membrane such as a pericardium in a state that the biological membrane is penetrated.SOLUTION: An access port 1 includes: a cylindrical member 2 having a through-hole 2a that penetrates in an axial direction; a pointed end 3c directed to the rear end side of the cylindrical member 2; a needle-like member 3 disposed on the outer surface of the cylindrical member 2; and an operation means 4 for switching between a state in which the pointed end 3c is projected and a state in which the pointed end 3c is not projected. |
