PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict positions of distribution destinations to reduce the lengths of communication paths regarding content distribution.SOLUTION: A content distribution system includes a history information storage unit (recording unit 10) and a processing unit (12) in order to select communication paths for distributing contents to communication terminals (mobile terminals 8, 8-1, 8-2, ..., 8-N) that have requested content distribution. The history information storage unit stores positions of communication terminals that have received content distribution as position history information. The processing unit predicts distribution positions by referring to the position history information stored in the history information storage unit upon content distribution to the communication terminals, and selects a communication path with a short distance to each of the distribution destinations. |
