PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control unit and the like that can more accurately determine feedback of users on an event through a questionnaire survey, maintain the interest of the users in the event, and grant a privilege to the users to motivate them to go to the site of the event again.SOLUTION: The game control unit, which is communicably connected to a user terminal, obtains terminal location information indicating the location of the user terminal in the real world; and determines whether the user terminal is located in a predetermined area where a predetermined event in the real world is held, during an event period when the predetermined event is being held. If it is determined that the user terminal is located in the predetermined area during the event period, the game control unit requests the user terminal to answer a questionnaire about the predetermined event; acquires satisfaction of a user with the predetermined event, on the basis of the state of obtaining an answer in response to the request; and grants a privilege to the user depending on the acquired satisfaction. |
