PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency treatment device having a knife with a wide area and capable of simultaneously excising a wide area in the excision.SOLUTION: A push rod 21 is connected to a front of an operating tool 20 that moves forward or backward along a tubular body 10 having a saline solution inlet port 15 for lifting up a lesion tissue and that has a high-frequency port 25, so as to be located inside the body. An auxiliary push rod 50 having a locking face on the outer peripheral face is rotatably connected to a front end of the push rod of the operating tool. A handle 60 having a locking object hole that is locked to the locking surface of the auxiliary push rod, is engaged to the front side part of the tubular body in such a manner as preventing the removal. An operation portion 80 is configured such that a wire 40 to be connected to the front end of the auxiliary push rod is exposed via a tube 30 connected to the front of the body. An arc-shaped knife 41 is connected to the end of the wire of the operation portion. The push rod, the auxiliary push rod, the wire, and the knife are moved forward or backward by the forward or backward operation of the operating tool, and the wire and the knife are rotated by the rotation of the handle. |
