PURPOSE: A tactic management system of an online sports simulation game, a method, and a recording medium are provided to promote the activation of tactic transactions by selecting a tactic which accords with an own player character of a purchaser and purchases it. CONSTITUTION: A tactic management system (100) is formed of a tactic registering application part (110), a tactic evaluation part (120), a file processing part (130), a database part (140), a tactic mediation part (150), and a communications part (160). The tactic registering application part receives a registration request for a tactic file which is stored in tactic information for the whole part or a part of a player character participating in attack and defense from the user terminal. The tactic inspection part produces similarity between the registered tactic file and different tactic file stored in the database part and evaluates it. The database part stores the tactic file in which a watermark is given.
