PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reduction of S/C of a target signal when a clutter component and a target signal are not separated from each other by target detection processing such as Doppler processing.SOLUTION: A Doppler processing unit 43 detects a target indicated by a rader reception signal supplied from a rader antenna 20 by Doppler processing to generate an output signal. An emphasis place detection unit 44 detects the target indicated by the rader reception signal supplied from the rader antenna 20 by amplitude difference detection different in a processing method from the Doppler processing to generate an output signal indicating an emphasis place to be emphasized as a target. An emphasis processing unit 45 receives the output signal of the emphasis place detection unit 44 to perform emphasis processing for setting the ratio of increasing the signal level of the emphasis place indicated by the emphasis place detection unit 44 for at least one of the rader reception signal supplied to the target detection unit 43 and the output signal of the target detection unit 43 higher than that of a signal other than the emphasis place.
