PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid acid reactor which is significantly improved in convenience of handling a solid acid catalyst by aggregating a carbon-based solid acid, and to provide a solid acid catalyst reactor capable of simplifying a device design by incorporating the solid acid reactor.SOLUTION: There is provided a solid acid reactor which comprises: 100 pts.wt. of a carbon-based acid (21); 5 pts.mass or more of a synthetic resin fiber or a structure maintenance fibrous material (22) which is a carbon fiber; and a fibrillated fiber binder (23) and in which the carbon-based acid, the structure maintenance fibrous material and the fibrillated fiber binder are mixed in water to prepare a mixed slurry material (20) and the mixed slurry material is deposited while suctioning from the side surface of a hollow cylindrical core member (12) to prepare an adsorptive deposit (25). A solid acid catalyst reactor is provided with the solid acid reactor. |
