PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering column device which improves vibration characteristics during clamping while eliminating the welding process and improves fastening power of pressure welding connection while reducing the loss of fastening axial force and the operation force of an operation lever.SOLUTION: An auxiliary bracket 43 is disposed at the inner side of an adjust bracket 42, and an auxiliary side ceiling part is fixed to an adjust side ceiling part 42a so as to form a space between itself and an inner surface of an adjust side suspended part 42b. An auxiliary side suspended part 43b is overlapped with the inner surface of the adjust side suspended part 42b, and a clamp bolt 51 is fastened to pressure weld and retain the adjust side suspended part 42b and the auxiliary side suspended part 43b with a jacket. |
