PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seasoning method of food products which allows a food raw material to be seasoned through absorption of a seasoning liquid and reuses the seasoning liquid unabsorbed into the food raw material for a subsequent food raw material to be processed, capable of easily adjusting the concentration curve of the seasoning liquid without increasing an initial cost and a running cost.SOLUTION: The seasoning liquid unabsorbed into the food raw material is distributed into 2 systems. The one seasoning liquid is diluted to a prescribed concentration. The other seasoning liquid is condensed to an arbitrary concentration. Both of the seasoning liquids are blended into a seasoning liquid with a prescribed concentration for use in a subsequent process. The condensed seasoning liquid can have an arbitrary condensed concentration by blending a seasoning liquid condensed through evaporation of water content from the seasoning liquid to be reused with a seasoning liquid separately condensed at an arbitrary concentration. |
