A method, device and system for sending a signal. The method is applicable to a system with a remote radio unit (RRU) and a baseband processing unit (BBU), and comprises steps of: receiving a common public radio interface CPRI signal sent by the RRU; performing channel separation processing on the CPRI signal, to obtain a channel signal after the separation processing, the channel signal after the separation processing at least comprising a physical uplink shared channel signal; performing multi-antenna equalization processing on the physical uplink shared channel signal; and sending the processed physical uplink shared channel signal to the BBU. According to the method provided in the present invention, a multi-antenna data stream may be compressed, which improves a data compression ratio, and lowers data transmission cost.
