PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance an infrastructure facility in a well-planned manner in order to efficiently provide equipment, the infrastructure facility provided in a data center and a virtualization environment in response to a usage requirement of a new user, in devising an operation plan for the data center.SOLUTION: An operation plan devising support server (101) used for supporting devising of an operation plan of a data center generates a future demand (increase) pattern by categorizing the past demand history (110); generates an arrangement pattern of a system in the data center for the demand pattern (112); determines whether the arrangement pattern satisfies a condition required by a user and the limiting condition of the data center, and, if there is a shortage, generates a condition improvement value (114); and presents a period and a cost that are required to enhance an infrastructure facility of the data center on the basis of the demand pattern. |
