<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an RNAi library using molecular biology methods including several restriction enzymes, wherein, compared with existing technologies, the method for manufacturing the RNAi library can reduce time and costs consumed in manufacturing the RNAi library and also manufacture the RNAi library about genes of various animals and plants whose information within genomes are not well-known as well as about genomes of humans, rats and the like. The present invention is expected to greatly contribute to studies using the domestic RNAi library, which are absolutely in poor situations compared with overseas countries, by solving problems of expensive development and maintenance of RNAi libraries used in many areas such as biology, pharmacy, medicine and the like, including new medicine development and mechanism research for causes of diseases.</p> |
