PURPOSE: A sporting device for improving left and right balance through wrist rotation and lower body muscular strengthening is provided to efficiently exercise with good position. CONSTITUTION: A sporting device for improving left and right balance through wrist rotation and lower body muscular strengthening comprises a bouncing moving part(20), a control unit(30), a wrist rotational motion part(40), and a frame(50). The bouncing moving part is installed in the base and forcibly shaking heels of a user vertically and induces body bounding exercise. The control unit controls the operation of the bouncing moving part. The wrist rotational motion part is installed at a position which is easy to be grasped and helps the rotary motion of the wrist by rotating the wrist rotation to the left and right. |
