<p>This paper backing for a skin pack can be bonded to a wide range of skin pack films. A skin pack paper backing (1) having an air-impermeable substrate (2), for retaining a packaged object in cooperation with a skin pack film, wherein penetrating holes (5) penetrating in the thickness direction are formed in the substrate (2), a surface of the substrate (2) has an unevenly formed region having projecting parts (3) and recessed parts (4), the recessed parts (4) extend in an end direction of the substrate (2) from the penetrating holes (5), and surfaces of the projecting parts (3) and/or the recessed parts (4) are formed from a material which bonds to the skin pack film.</p> |
