The present invention relates to a bone fixing plate used for fixing a broken bone and a bone fixing device using the same, and more particularly, to: a bone fixing plate wherein if a fixing member is made to rotate by contacting an extension unit of the fixing member on a vertical plane close to a direction of a first end, the fixing member rotates and drops such that a second tilting plane of a head unit pushes a second tilting plane toward a first end direction and a body unit is moved toward the first end direction in a longitudinal direction, and thereby, a hook unit pulls a fracture fragment to make it closely contact a bone, and wherein a moving prevention groove is incorporated in a specific depth from the upper side of the body unit toward the lower side so as to contain a part of a wire surrounding the bone and the bone fixing plate, and thereby, being capable of preventing the wire from moving in a longitudinal direction along the bone fixing plate; and a bone fixing device using the same.
