PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of improving an attention degree to a game during a specific control state. SOLUTION: MPU 62 of a main control device 60 draws a win/loss lottery based on an entry of a game ball in an upper operation hole or a lower operation hole provided in a game area and, when having a prescribed lottery result in the win/loss lottery, shifts the game state to an opening/closing execution mode allowing a game ball to enter a variable winning device provided in the game area. In this case, the control mode of the opening/closing execution mode is so determined as to dissimilate a probability, with which the operation mode of the variable winning device from a starting timing of the opening/closing execution mode to at least a halfway timing becomes the specific operation mode, according to a content to be executed later.
