PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temple of eyeglasses and eyeglasses, which have a simple structure and can be fitted to the face of each wearer. SOLUTION: A pair of temples 2, 2 of eyeglasses 1 is provided, each including a combination of a temple body 4 and a temple end 3. The temple end is formed to be detachably attached to any of the two temple bodies, covering partially or wholly a part of the temple body to be held on an ear ER, EL of the wearer M. In at least one temple end, the distance from a part of the temple body held by an ear of the wearer to the lower end 37 of the temple end when the eyeglasses are worn, is longer than the distance from the combined temple body to the upper end of the temple end.
