<p>An apparatus (100) for attaching a device (30) to a circular structure (10) is disclosed. In one embodiment, the apparatus (100) includes a clamp body (110) attached to the outer surface of the circular structure (10) using a strap (20), which can be attached to the clamp body (110) using a spring (140) that maintains an attachment force to prevent movement of the clamp body (110 over a wide range of temperatures and temperature cycling of the circular structure (10) and the strap (20). In one embodiment, the device (30) can be installed in the clamp body (110 and coupled to the outer surface of the circular structure (10) using one or more spring washers (152) that maintain an attachment force between the device (30) and the outer surface of the circular structure (10) to prevent detachment of the device (30) from the outer surface of the circular structure (10) over a wide range of temperatures and temperature cycling of the circular structure (10).</p> |
