<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor that prevents new access authorization from being set based on access authorization for another user. <P>SOLUTION: A user information reception means of the information processor receives information on a first user and information on a second user. A decision means decides whether or not the access authorization to an apparatus set for the first user is set based on the access authorization which has been set to the apparatus for the other user.
