PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic roof material capable of reducing the production of waste materials on a construction site to the utmost and capable of improving constructibility. SOLUTION: A metallic roof material A is laid on a roof bed 6 in a state in which lateral sides 2 of approximately flat plate-like roof material bodies 1 and 1 adjacent to each other overlap each other. Approximately corrugated cross-section connection portions 3 are formed at both the side ends of the roof material body 1, respectively.
