<p>The present invention provides a system for managing permission for a dangerous work of a drilling ship by using a mobile equipment comprising: a mobile equipment for driving a mounted app for managing permission of the dangerous work, selecting a wanted work item among a building work menu where works are classified according to a danger level, acquiring the permission for the dangerous work and executing the selected building work of the drilling ship; and a dangerous work management server for receiving a dangerous work permission request signal from the app for managing permission of the dangerous work in the mobile equipment or receiving the permission for the dangerous work and record information on check items, and receiving/processing processed information from a safety checking person. The present invention subdivides permission and safety management and constructs hierarchical menus according to the danger level in the building work of the drilling ship by applying a management procedure on the permission for the dangerous work within a management server, mounts the app on the mobile equipment to be capable of processing the management procedure on the permission for the dangerous work, and enables a worker to drive the app mounted on the mobile equipment and to process a request, permission and safety management of a specific work, so can minimize a work risk of overall building works of the drilling ship by performing the building works after acquiring the work permission and the safety management via the mobile equipment of the corresponding worker in charge according to the management procedure on the permission for the dangerous work of the server, thereby can maximize the safety of the building work of the drilling ship.
