The present invention provides a public address output system including an individual speaker control function and a control method thereof including a receiving output part by branching a main line into each room after installing the main line in each floor of a building or apartment while installing a main body part controlling a voice transmission function at a specific place in the building or the apartment. The present invention improves the design construct ability of the public address output system as wiring costs are reduced besides the convenient construction of a wiring facility by installing an output device of the public address output system by using a pre-installed power line or temporary wires without installing wires in each occupied room to install the output device of the public address output system.
