The present invention relates to a surveillance camera and, more specifically, to a surveillance camera with enhanced waterproofing properties, which is capable of enhancing waterproofing properties to fundamentally block penetration of moisture or foreign substances inside a housing, thereby preventing failure or malfunction due to penetration of moisture, and the degradation of image quality due to penetration of foreign substances. The surveillance camera with enhanced waterproofing properties according to the present invention comprises: a lens module for photographing a subject; a housing including a base, and a cover assembled and coupled to the base and having the lens module mounted thereto; a transparent dome assembled and coupled to the cover to allow the lens module to penetrate the transparent dome to photograph the subject; and a waterproof means provided on a contact portion between the base and the cover, wherein the waterproof means includes a plurality of upper fitting protrusions protruding downwards for the lower contact surface of the inner side in the short edge structure of the cover, a plurality of lower fitting protrusions protruding upwards for the upper contact surface of the inner side of the cover in the short edge structure of the base, and alternately fitted and coupled to the upper fitting protrusions, and a sealing pad having a middle portion having a zigzag structure so as to be disposed between the upper and lower fitting protrusions, filled with air therein, and when the upper and lower fitting protrusions are fitted and coupled to each other, being pressed and expanded to be in close contact with the contact surface between the base and the cover. |
