PURPOSE: A terminal device and a power control device are provided to support remote power cut-off and restart, thereby providing convenience in failure recovery. CONSTITUTION: A terminal device includes a power supply (110), a power control device (120), and a main control device (130). The main control device provides a rebooting instruction signal to the power control device and then terminates a system. The power supply supplies power to the main control device. When receiving the rebooting instruction signal, the power control device cuts off power to the main control device and then restarts the main control device.
