The present invention relates to a super water repellent surface where a nanostructure and a fine structure are mixed. According to the present invention, a super water repellent surface are formed by the following steps: a nanostructure formed by processing a surface of an aluminum metal in an anodic oxidation method; the fine structure manufactured by etching; a surface layer of a thickness of 100 nm-1,000μm having a surface structure where the nanostructure and the fine structure are mixed is manufactured; and a water repellent material coated on the surface. Accordingly, the super water repellent surface are formed by the following steps: a nanostructure is formed by processing a surface of an aluminum metal of a random shape such as a film shape, a plate shape, and a pipe shape etc. in an anodic oxidation method; a surface structure where a nanostructure and a fine structure are mixed is formed in a method for manufacturing the fine structure by etching; and a water repellent material coated on the surface.
