The invention relates to a method for producing figures or objects with invisible joints in order to produce very real articulated figures, characterised in that it is carried out in the following phases: production of skeletons (7) having at least one knee-type (4), elbow-type (5) or femur-type (6) joint on at least one part (1) in the form of a straight cylinder, in addition to a ductile core (2) of wire made of iron, copper or similar metal, and an outer skin (3) of material, such as HDPE, that is rigid but flexible in thinner areas; placing the skeleton (8) on a mould, making sure that the final figure is centred, then completely or partially covering same with an intermediate layer (8) of flexible plastic or silicone by injection, or with a flexible tube, a layer adhered by immersion or a painted layer; and injection of at least one body-type layer (9) of flexible plastic or silicone in order to form the definitive figure. The joints can be created by injecting directly onto the core (2). |
