PURPOSE:To provide a direct acting rolling guide unit wherein a current in each mounting surface of a track rail and a casing is insulated to prevent electrocorrosion. CONSTITUTION:This direct acting rolling guide unit has a track rail 2 mounted on a base 11 to further provide track surfaces 5 in both side surfaces, casing 3 mounted astride the track rail 2 and many rolling units rolling to run between the track surfaces. An insulating material 14 is interposed in a lower surface of the track rail 2, and an insulating material 30 is interposed in a contact surface with an end cap 6 of the casing 3, to interpose in its upper surface an insulating material 32. Plastic of polyphenylene sulfide resin or the like can be used for the insulating material. |
