The system has a rotor powered by an electrical driving motor. A refrigerator is arranged within a closed housing (10), where an evaporator (24) of the refrigerator forms a part of a heat exchanger. Another heat exchanger part (34) is arranged in a coolant circuit of the motor. A fan (44) is arranged in the housing in a channel (22) opposite to an inner housing. Cool air is absorbed by an air inlet opening (48) and delivered by an air outlet opening (52) of the housing. The cool air stays in heat exchanged with a condenser (28) of the refrigerator.
