The machine for overmoulding an underwater connection assembly includes a heated mould. The mould is of the type having a fixed half-mould (10) exhibiting two injection inlets (17), called side inlets, which are coupled, on the one hand, to a high-pressure injection press (3) through a chamber (6) for delivering (distributing) the overmoulding material and, on the other hand, to the ends of the cavity (2) of the mould, and having a half-mould (11) which can move on a machine stand (frame).
