The present invention has an object of providing a steering roll connector 10 which can maintain electrical connection between a rotator 20 and a stator 30 with certainty even when being contaminated with a foreign object such as sand or the like. The steering ring connector 10 includes a rotator 20 and a stator 30 which are in engagement with each other coaxially so as to be rotatable with respect to each other and form an accommodation space S. The steering ring connector 10 further includes a retainer 40 for supporting a plurality of rotatable rollers 45 and at least one flat cable C accommodated in a bottom part of the accommodation space S. On the retainer 40, a dummy cable D having one end thereof connected to the side of the rotator 20 and the other end thereof connected to the side of the stator 30 and including a reversed part Dr wound along one of the rotatable rollers 45 to reverse a winding direction thereof, and the flat cable C, are accommodated as being stacked on each other.
