<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form and provide a ring type hash circle wherein, if any one of the hash values is known, every hash value can be verified. <P>SOLUTION: The ring type hash circle is formed by connecting a plurality of one-way function units having the input length l and the output length m.
