PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus and the like, capable of simultaneously driving a plurality of movable members (e.g., a focus lens and a diaphragm) in an interchangeable lens. SOLUTION: The interchangeable lens includes an obtaining means for obtaining first control information and second control information from the camera body, the first control information being an instruction to control a first drive means for driving the first movable member (diaphragm, etc.), the second control information being an instruction to control a second drive means for driving the second movable member (focus lens, etc.), a storage means for storing the obtained second control information, and a control means for controlling the first drive means and the second drive means based on the first and second control information obtained. The second control information (reservation control information) is an instruction to control the second drive means when the obtaining means receives the first control information after receiving the second control information. When the obtaining means obtains the first control information after obtaining the second control information, the control means drives the first drive means and the second drive means in parallel based on the obtained first control information and the stored second control information.
