摘要 PURPOSE: A method for measuring the iron loss of magnetic cores is provided to obtain an input voltage waveform easily and quickly without considering the magnetic field, the magnetic flux density, and the phase difference between input voltages by using a Vin(B) curve instead of an H(B) curve for determination of the input voltage waveform. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring the iron loss of magnetic cores comprises the steps of: dividing a history curve, in which an input voltage waveform (10) and a flux density waveform B (20) are standardized, into a left curve and a right curve and respectively representing the two curves as a polynomial (110); respectively mapping sinusoidal flux waveforms to the polynomial to obtain each input voltage waveform (120); obtaining an input voltage waveform of a next step (130); passing the input voltage waveform of the next step through a digital low pass filter (140); finally determining the input voltage waveform of the next step via a phase correction module (150); generating an induced voltage with the magnetization of the magnetic core in a magnetization system (160); and converting a measured induced voltage into a flux density waveform in a numerical integration module (170).
