The present invention relates to a potato seeding machine, and more particularly, to a potato seeding machine capable of significantly improving the working efficiency in the potato seeding and solving the manpower shortage by automatically forming valleys in the ridge between furrows while being towed by agricultural machines such as cultivators or tractors, and then sowing seed potatoes in the valleys. According to the present invention, the potato seeding machine is towed by agricultural machines such as cultivators or tractors through a connecting unit included in a main frame. The valleys are formed in the ridge between furrows through a plow. Seed potatoes supplied from a storage unit are transferred through a transport unit, and automatically sowed at predetermined intervals in the valleys through a supply unit and a discharge unit.
