The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing carbonized wood with heat treatment comprising: a wood sorting step (S100) for sorting wood by size; a wood putting step (S200) for putting the sorted wood into a dryer; a temperature rising step (S300) for rising the internal temperature of the dryer up to the target heating temperature; a temperature maintaining step (S400); a cooling step (S500) for cooling the internal temperature of the dryer up to the target cooling temperature; and a processing step (S600) for taking out the wood from the dryer and processing it into wood products. By the above composition, the wood, whose color can be changed by heat treatment and is effective in removing the bad smells and bacteria, and controlling the humidity using the advantages of charcoal and wood is manufactured.
