The present invention relates to a sludge treatment apparatus, comprising a first treatment chamber having a first gate on a side and a second gate on the other side. The sludge is injected to the first gate and discharged to the second gate. The sludge treatment apparatus also comprises: a second treatment chamber positioned adjacently to the second gate; a first treatment unit which is positioned in the first treatment chamber and which comprises multiple treatment holes; a second treatment unit which is positioned in the second treatment chamber and which comprises a second treatment hole; a connection unit installed between the first and second treatment units for delivering the sludge from the first treatment unit to the second treatment unit; and a tank connected to the lower surface of the first treatment chamber for storing the first processing solution which is accommodated in the first treatment chamber. The first treatment unit accommodates the sludge on its surface and transfers the sludge in the direction of the second gate. The second treatment unit accommodates the sludge on its surface.
