PURPOSE: A chlorine dioxide generator is provided to separate a chlorine dioxide generating reaction bath and a chlorine generating reaction bath, thereby controlling toxic hydrochloric acid gas and suppressing the production of chlorite which is a by-product. CONSTITUTION: A chlorine dioxide generator comprises: a chlorine generating reaction bath(101) and a chlorine dioxide reaction bath(201). The chlorine generating reaction bath discharges air injected from the outside through a first internal filter(106) as air bubbles, and produces mixed gas by mixing a calcium hypochlorite solution, hydrochloric acid gas generated by reacting with acid, and the air bubbles together. The chlorine dioxide reaction bath is connected to the chlorine generating reaction bath, discharges the mixed gas as air bubbles through a second internal filter(204), and discharges mixed chlorine dioxide air gas by mixing the air bubbles with the chlorine dioxide gas generated by reacting the mixed gas with salt chlorite. |
