摘要 The present invention relates to a contactless torque sensor for measuring a torsion angle between an input shaft and an output shaft. The contactless torque sensor comprises: a first sun gear coupled to the end of the input shaft; a second sun gear coupled to the end of the output shaft while facing the first sun gear; one or more fixed planetary gears which are engaged with the second sun gear to rotate and which has a rotary shaft fixed thereon; a ring gear engaged with the outer surface of the fixed planetary gears to rotate; a movable planetary gear which has the inner surface engaged with the first sun gear to rotate and the outer surface engaged with the ring gear to rotate and which has a rotary shaft moving in a radius direction; a magnet attached to one axial surface of the movable planetary gear to move in the radius direction; and a hall sensor radially separated from the magnet at a predetermined gap to detect magnetic flux variation caused by the circumferential movement of the magnet. The present invention may have rapid response characteristics with simple configuration by directly measuring the torsion angle using the variation of a magnetic field without an intermediate process for calculating the variation of the magnetic field caused by the physical position variation of the magnet.
